Cancellation:
You have the right to cancel your order at any time from the time of order until seven working days after delivery and receive a full refund on the value of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order it is your responsibility to do so by email or letter within the notice period, preferably advising of the reason for your cancellation. If your order has not yet been dispatched we will refund the price you have paid for the goods as soon as is reasonably possible. For orders already dispatched, or received, please see section below on ‘Return of Goods’.
Return of Goods:
Please make sure that you have also read the ‘Cancellation’ section above. Should you wish to cancel your order after goods have been dispatched you must contact us by email or letter within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We will then reply to you, via email informing you of the address to return the unwanted item(s). It is essential that you obtain ‘proof of postage’ when you make your return to us, until your return has been received safely back at the correct returns address, no responsibility can be taken for returns which are not received. Postage costs for returning goods and for initial postage receipt remain your responsibility. You are under a duty of care to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession; they remain your full responsibility until safely received back with us. The goods must be returned in saleable condition at your expense and we would recommend for your own protection that you use a recorded return service. Once we have received the item(s) in saleable condition, you will receive a full refund on the price you paid for the goods.

Shipping Charges:
Because we are committed to make everything about your shopping experience with us, as enjoyable and as easy as possible we do not have any complicated charges for shipping / delivery. We offer one flat rate and no matter how heavy or how large your order is you will still pay only £2.99 per order (mainland UK). That way you don't have to spend your valuable shopping time trying to workout complicated delivery charges based on parcel weight or size.
Delivery Methods:
To ensure that shipping / delivery costs are kept to a minimum, your order will be processed via 1st Class Royal Mail. Proof of postage is always obtained, thus if for any reason your package fails to reach you, we are able to follow-up and resolve this for you. It is very rare that our deliveries fail to arrive, but on the rare occasion that this may arise we will give this matter our full attention. For large or heavy orders, we will occasionally despatch your goods through a Courier Service. |
